Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may be subject to tax depending on your location.
  • We accept secure payments via major credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay, and other gateways as available.
  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of payment issues, fraud concerns, or inventory errors.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.
  • Free shipping offers apply only where stated.
  • Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
  • NTRLabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping provider first, then us, for support.
