User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

We love seeing how you use NTRLabs in your real skincare routines. If you tag us or share your results using our products, thank you — it means the world. Here’s how we handle user-generated content.

What Qualifies as UGC

Any photo, video, caption, testimonial, comment, story, or other content that:

  • Mentions @ntrlabs_natural_skincare
  • Use any of our branded hashtags (see below)
  • Is submitted through a giveaway, poll, or direct message
  • Features our products in a visible, identifiable way

Our Right to Reuse

By tagging, messaging, or submitting content to us — or using our branded hashtags — you give NTRLabs permission to:

  • Repost your content on our website, emails, social media, ads, and packaging
  • Modify it slightly for formatting (e.g., cropping or text overlays)
  • Credit you by handle unless you ask otherwise

This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide, and applies across any media, now or in the future.

Content Standards

To maintain brand integrity and safety, we reserve the right to not share or remove content that:

  • Contains medical claims or misinformation
  • Is offensive, misleading, or unrelated to our brand
  • Features unsafe product use
  • Violates intellectual property or privacy rights

 

No Compensation (Unless Arranged)

UGC is voluntary. If we feature your content, it does not imply employment, endorsement, or compensation — unless we’ve arranged something separately through a UGC partnership or paid campaign.

At NTRLabs, we believe in full transparency — whether it’s our ingredients or the way we create content. Below is our official AI disclosure policy, aligned with FTC guidelines and ethical brand standards.


Why We Use AI

To scale education and simplify science, some of our content may include:

  • AI-generated voiceovers (using cloned voice models with consent)
  • AI-designed avatars (representing fictional educators or guides)
  • AI-generated visuals or scripts for ingredient explainers and skincare tips

AI allows us to offer consistent, high-quality, clinical-educational content while keeping production costs low and accuracy high.

Human Oversight & Compliance

Every piece of AI-generated content is reviewed, approved, and fact-checked by human team members before publishing. We do not use AI to generate medical claims or customer testimonials:

  • No AI-generated reviews or feedback are ever used.
  • All scientific statements are sourced from credible studies or industry-accepted knowledge.

Disclosure Guidelines

In line with FTC rules on synthetic content, we clearly disclose AI use in the following ways:

  • Videos featuring synthetic voiceovers or avatars include “AI-Generated Voice” or “AI-Narrated” text in captions or overlays.
  • Product images enhanced or generated via AI tools will always represent our actual physical product, labeled truthfully and without misleading alterations.
  • No AI will impersonate customers or make false endorsements.


Privacy & Data Integrity

We do not collect personal biometric data (like voice or likeness) from users. AI voices used in content are either licensed models or derived from internal voice cloning with full legal consent.

Accountability

If you believe content we've shared could be misleading, misattributed, or in violation of transparency expectations, please contact us directly at support@ntrlabs.net. We will investigate and, if necessary, remove or correct the content immediately.

Why This Matters

We’re not here to trick anyone. We use AI to enhance clarity, not to fabricate experiences. Our goal is to simplify skincare science and share real results backed by our community — not replace it.
